Brett was part of a family development business that designed, constructed and sold over 2,000 residences including Arlington Park and Hacienda Village along with the Bonita Bay communities of Wedgewood, Waterford, Lakeside and the first two high rise Bay View I and Bay View II. When his father retired in the early '90's, Brett went to work with John R Wood Inc., Realtors where he was awarded top sales recognition every year for 10 years. He earned his ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker), e-PRO, CSP designations and is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Last year he joined Miromar Realty of Southwest Florida as the designated broker which operates an office in the Miromar Outlets. Once he commenced working in general real estate, Brett became very involved in the Naples Area Board of Realtors. He served on numerous committees including Functions, Professional Development, Government Issues, Community Involvement and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Last year Brett was awarded the prestigious "Outstanding Committee Contribution" award along with receiving a NABBEE for performance above and beyond in service for the Naples Area Board of Realtors. On the State level, Brett is involved in Professional Development, Public Policy and also serves on the Florida Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In addition, he serves on multiple CRB Committees for the National Association of Realtors. |
